Note
As the supported asset types for analysis expanded from video to both video and images, the existing "Scene search" feature was renamed "Asset search."
Media Intelligence provides an asset-search feature that allows you to find matching assets across all analyzed media assets using specific keywords.
Asset search interface
The asset search interface includes the following components:

To search assets using an image:
- Access the Media Intelligence workspace.
- See Access workspace.
- Click Asset search.
- Click [Upload image] to add an image file to search for.
- Image upload conditions
- File size: 5 MB or less
- Extension: jpg, png, webp, heic
- Resolution: 224 x 224 pixels or larger
- Image upload conditions
- Set the conditions.
Item Description Keywords - Select up to 10 items, and enter 1–1,000 characters.
- Certain special characters (;, |, `) are restricted.
Person Select up to 10 people to search Dialogue - Enter the dialogue to search, 1–1,000 characters allowed
- Certain special characters (;, |, `) are restricted.
Project Select the project to search for the index information. Asset type Select the asset types to search for. - All (default)
- Video
- Image
Index modification time Set the index modification time, no period limit - To clear the conditions, click [Reset].
- Click [Search].
Search assets using text
To search assets using text:
- Access the Media Intelligence workspace.
- See Access workspace.
- Click Asset search.
- Enter the keywords for the video or image asset you want to search for.
- Keyword input conditions
- Length: 1 to 1,000 characters
- Input restrictions: Restricted special characters (;, |, `)

Item Description Keywords You can select up to 10 keywords. You can enter 1-1,000 characters, and some special characters (;, |, `) are restricted. Person Select the person to search for. Project Select the project to search for the index information. Asset type Select the asset types to search for. - All (default)

Index modification time Set index modification time. No time limit. - To clear the conditions, click [Reset].
- Click [Search].
View search results
After searching for assets, check the search results.
View video asset search results
The following items can be checked in the video asset search results.

| Previous search and next search | Navigate to the scene if previous or next search results exist. |
View image asset search results
The following items can be checked in the image asset search results.

Note
- If multiple analysis indexes exist for a media asset, only the most recently created index is used for search.
- Person information can be viewed if person labeling has been completed in the index details. For more information on how to label a person, see Person labeling.
