You might run into the following problems when using Simple & Easy Notification Service. Find out causes and possible solutions.

Project creation limit

I didn't create any projects, but the creation limit notification appears.

Cause

The use of the personal account has been discontinued since April 11, 2024, so this service is available only in the business account.

Solution

To use Simple & Easy Notification Service, convert your personal account to a business account.

To convert to a business account:

1. Log in to the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. In the top-right corner, navigate to My Account > Manage account and security > Manage account.
3. Click [Switch to business account] in the Account type section.
4. When the Switch to business account popup appears, check the payment method and click [Next].
5. Agree to the terms of service and click [Next].
6. In the Document attachment step, attach your business registration certificate.
   • If your business registration number has changed, submit the "consent form for collection of personal information" additionally.
   • The "consent form for collection of personal information" can be downloaded from Customer Support > Materials.
7. In the Business information step, enter the business information and click [Next].
   • Enter the information to match the information specified in the business registration certificate.
8. In the Additional information step, complete real name verification for the person in charge and enter the business address, then click [Next].
   • It is processed within 1 to 2 business days.
   • In the account conversion process, additional materials may be requested or your request may be rejected.
