You might run into the following problems when using Simple & Easy Notification Service. Find out causes and possible solutions.

Project creation limit

I didn't create any projects, but the creation limit notification appears.

Cause

The use of the personal account has been discontinued since April 11, 2024, so this service is available only in the business account.

Solution

To use Simple & Easy Notification Service, convert your personal account to a business account.

To convert to a business account:

1. Log in to the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Navigate to My Account > Account and security management > Account management in the upper-right corner of the console interface.
3. In the Member type section, click [Change to business].
4. When the Change to business window appears, review the payment method, then click [Next].
5. Agree to the terms of service and click [Next].
6. At the Document Update step, attach your business registration certificate.
   • If your business registration number has changed, submit the "consent form for collection of personal information" additionally.
   • You can download the "Personal Information Collection and Use Consent Form" from [Customer Support > Resources].
7. In the Business Information step, enter the business details, then click [Next].
   • Enter the information to match the information specified in the business registration certificate.
8. In the Additional Information step, complete real-name verification for the contact person and enter the business address, then click [Next].
   • Processing is completed within 1-2 business days.
   • In the account conversion process, additional materials may be requested or your request may be rejected.

Unable to view the delivery history

I can't view the delivery history from more than 2 months ago.

Cause

The delivery history is provided on the console for 30 days only. You can view the history beyond 30 days through APIs for up to 90 days.

Solution

As explained in the cause section, it is a normal operation and it does not need any action.
