reserveTime setting errors
When the scheduled message's reserveTime extends beyond approximately 6 months from now, an error occurs.
Cause
The delivery date of scheduled messages can be set within 180 days only. The scheduled delivery is not supported after that period.

Unable to unsubscribe from 080 Block Call Service
I can't unsubscribe from 080 Block Call Service.
Cause
Unsubscribing from 080 Block Call Service changes the status to "STOPPED." After your unsubscription request is received, final deletion may take 3 to 4 business days from the "STOPPED" status due to the settlement process of the relay company.
Solution
As described in Cause, this is a normal operation. Wait for a moment until the unsubscription is completed.
Sending limit increase
The sending limit is too low.
I want to increase the sending limit for domestic and international SMS (including LMS and MMS).

- Domestic (Republic of Korea) SMS: 500 per day and 10,000 per month
- International SMS: 500 per day and 500 per month
Solution
To increase a sending limit, follow these steps:
- Log in with the account whose sending limit you want to increase.
- Click Customer Support > Contact us.
- Request the limit increase including the following information:
- Service ID
- Reasons for increasing the limit
- Base data
- Services to use (web URL and App Store URL)
Service ID can be viewed in the project menu.

Error 3014 and "other" error messages
I received Error 3014.
I received Error 3014, but the message "other" is displayed only.
Cause
Error 3014 and other errors occur when the message is not processed by the mobile carrier, although it was sent normally.
Solution
To identify the exact causes, the owner of the device must contact the mobile carrier directly.
This falls under personal information, so NAVER Cloud Platform, a third party, cannot identify causes that are not processed by the mobile carrier.
Error 3015 and error message: "No delivery path"
I received Error 3015.
I received the error message "No delivery path."
Cause
This error occurs when the number is invalid or does not exist.

Solution
Check if the calling number is entered correctly.
Errors 3018
I sent an SMS message and received Error 3018.
Cause
Error 3018 occurs due to the caller ID spoofing protection service.
Solution
Contact your mobile carrier to request to unsubscribe from the caller ID spoofing protection service. You must unsubscribe from the service in person. It may take 3 to 4 business days to be processed after your unsubscription request.
Replacement of specific characters with special characters in messages
When I send an SMS message, specific characters are replaced with the character "?."
Cause
When you send an SMS message, it is encoded in EUC-KR and sent directly by the mobile carrier. A character that is not encoded in EUC-KR is replaced with "?" and sent.
Solution
As described in Cause, this is a normal operation.
Change the registered calling number
I want to change the registered calling number.
Cause
The calling number change is not supported.
Solution
Apply for a new calling number by referring to the calling number registration guide.
