Troubleshoot common issues
The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:
Project creation limit
I didn't create any projects, but the creation limit notification appears.
Unable to view the delivery history
I can't view the delivery history from more than 2 months ago.
Troubleshoot Biz Message issues
The following are examples of Biz Message-related issues you might encounter:
KakaoTalk Channel registration errors
The KakaoTalk Channel is not registered on the console.
I received the error message "The channel and template feature you requested cannot be processed at the moment. Check the status and try again."
I received the error message "Check the KakaoTalk Channel status."
Enter Customer Center information
When I opened a channel, I received the error message "You must enter the Customer Center information of the outgoing profile channel you want to register."
I received the error message "The channel task you requested cannot be performed."
I cannot find the location to enter the Customer Center information.
When I entered a new channel, I received the error message "Internal service error."
Unable to register channels
I can't register channels.
I received the message that the channel cannot be registered because there is a history of channel deletion.
Channel deletion delay
Channel deletion is delayed.
The channel I deleted and tried to register again still remains in "Deleting" status.
AlimTalk reception failed
The request for AlimTalk message delivery succeeded, but the reception status is displayed as failed.
The "COMPLETED" status is displayed in the API responses, but the notification was not delivered.
Change channels connected to templates
I selected the wrong channel for template approval.
I am operating multiple channels and I want to change a channel connected to the approved template.
Move to the project page when registering AlimTalk templates
When I registered AlimTalk templates, I moved to the project page.
Template approval delay
I requested the inspection of AlimTalk template, but it is still in progress.
The template approval is not completed.
Error message: "Template button format is not valid"
I received the error message "Template button format is not valid."
I applied the template the same as the previously registered template, but an error occurred.
Unable to preview messages
The template isn't registered as a security template, but I can't preview messages when receiving them.
Errors when entering Korean in the channel name
When the channel name is entered in English in API Parameters, 401 Unauthorized error occurs.
Unable to edit or delete AlimTalk
I want to edit or delete the registered AlimTalk, but the button is disabled.
Error 3014 and "other" error messages
I received Error 3014.
"Other" is displayed in the error message.
Error 3016 and error message: "Message content does not match the template"
I received Error 3016.
I received the error message "Message content does not match the template."
The request succeeded, but the reception is displayed as failed.
Error 3018 and error message: "Message could not be sent"
I received Error 3018.
I received the error message "Message could not be sent."
Troubleshoot SMS issues
The following are examples of SMS related errors you might encounter:
SMS sending failed
I failed to send an SMS.
reserveTime setting errors
When the scheduled message's reserveTime extends beyond approximately 6 months from now, an error occurs.
Unable to unsubscribe from 080 Block Call Service
I can't unsubscribe from 080 Block Call Service.
Sending limit increase
The sending limit is too low.
I want to increase the sending limit for domestic and international SMS (including LMS and MMS#).
"Your browser sent an invalid request." Error message
I received the error message "Your browser sent an invalid request."
Error 3009
When I sent an MMS, I received Error 3009.
Error 3014 and "other" error messages
I received Error 3014.
I received Error 3014, but the message "other" is displayed only.
Error 3015 and error message: "No delivery path"
I received Error 3015.
I received the error message "No delivery path."
Error 3018
When I sent an MMS, I received Error 3018.
Replacement of specific characters with special characters in messages
When I send an SMS message, specific characters are replaced with the character "?."
Change the registered calling number
I want to change the registered calling number.
