Add and manage SSL VPN users

Available in Classic

You can add or delete users for the created SSL VPN and edit user information. Also, you can change the number of IDs (users) that can be registered to SSL VPN.

Add user

To add a user to use SSL VPN:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console's Classic environment, navigate to i_menu > Services > Security > SSL VPN.
  2. Click to select the SSL VPN to which you want to add a user, and then click [User settings].
  3. Enter the user information, and click [Add].
    • When Two-factor Authentication Method is selected, enter the email address/mobile number depending on the OTP transfer method.
      • The OTP code is sent to the email address/mobile number you entered.
    • The number of users you can add depends on the specifications you selected when creating SSL VPN. To change the specifications, see Change the number of IDs to be registered.
    • After adding a user, you can edit user information except for the ID. (See Edit user information.)
  4. Click [Save].

Change the number of IDs to register

The number of users you can add depends on the number of IDs to register to SSL VPN. To change the number of IDs to register to SSL VPN, follow these steps:

Caution

If you change the number of IDs to register, the pricing plan based on the changed specifications will be applied immediately, so change it only if necessary.

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console's Classic environment, navigate to i_menu > Services > Security > SSL VPN.
  2. Click to select the SSL VPN to change the number of IDs that can be registered, then click [Change specifications].
  3. Select the number of IDs to change, and click [Save].
    • You can select the number of IDs from 3, 5, or 10.
    • You cannot change it to a smaller number than the number of currently registered IDs.

Edit user information

To edit the information of the added user:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console's Classic environment, navigate to i_menu > Services > Security > SSL VPN.
  2. Click to select SSL VPN with added users whose information you want to edit, and click [User settings].
  3. Click [Edit] to edit the user information.
  4. Enter the necessary information and click [Save].
    • Click [Cancel] to cancel the change.
  5. Click [Save].

Delete user

To delete an SSL VPN user:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console's Classic environment, navigate to i_menu > Services > Security > SSL VPN.
  2. Click to select the SSL VPN to delete a user from and click [User settings].
  3. Click [Delete] to delete the user.
  4. When the Delete SSL VPN user popup appears, click [Yes].
  5. Click [Apply].
