Add and manage SSL VPN users

This page describes how to add or delete SSL VPN users and how to edit the user's information. It also explains how to change the number of IDs (number of users) that can be registered with an SSL VPN.
Add a user
The following describes how to add an SSL VPN user.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click Services > Security > SSL VPN.
- Select the SSL VPN to add a user to and click [Configure user].
- Enter the user information and click [Add].
- When Two-factor Authentication Method is selected, enter the email address/mobile number depending on the desired OTP Method.
- The OTP code will be sent to the email address/mobile number.
- The number of users that can be added varies depending on the specifications you selected when creating the SSL VPN. To change the specifications, see Change the number of registrable IDs.
- You can edit the user's information except for the ID. (See Edit the user information.)
- When Two-factor Authentication Method is selected, enter the email address/mobile number depending on the desired OTP Method.
- Click [Save].
Change the number of registrable IDs
The number of users that can be added depends on the number of IDs that can be registered with the SSL VPN. To change the number of IDs that can be registered with your SSL VPN, complete the following steps:
If you change the number of IDs that can be registered, the rate plan according to the changed specifications will be applied immediately, so change it only if necessary.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click Services > Security > SSL VPN.
- Select the SSL VPN to change the number of IDs that can be registered and click [Change specifications].
- Select the number of IDs and click [Save].
- You can select one from 3/5/10.
- You cannot choose a smaller number than the number of currently registered IDs.
Edit the user information
The following describes how to edit the user information.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click Services > Security > SSL VPN.
- Select the SSL VPN to edit the user information and click [Configure user].
- Click [Edit] to edit the user information.
- Enter the necessary information and click [Save].
- Click [Cancel] to cancel the change.
- Click [Save].
Delete a user
The following describes how to delete an SSL VPN user.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click Services > Security > SSL VPN.
- Select the SSL VPN to delete a user from and click [Configure user].
- Click [Delete] to delete the user.
- When the Delete SSL VPN user pop-up window appears, click [Yes].
- Click [Apply].
