This section describes how to check the list of applications that provide privacy information by completing the SSO integration for each main or sub account you are currently logged into. It also describes how to withdraw the provision of privacy information for each application.
Consent status page
The following is a basic description of how to use consent status.
Field | Description |

① Menu name | Name of the menu currently being viewed |
② Basic features | Feature displayed on the Consent Status menu when first entered

③ Search window | You can search for your registered applications by entering the name of the application |
④ Consent status list | List of applications that are providing privacy information |
⑤ Withdraw provision of privacy information | Withdraw consent to provide privacy information for the currently viewed application (see Withdraw provision of privacy information) |
View the consent status list
You can check the list of applications that have been granted access to your privacy information and the types of information that each application has access to. The following describes how to view the information.
If you have logged in to one or more applications that have provided your privacy information, you can view the list. If there is no application that has accessed your privacy information after being registered, the consent status page will not display any list.
- Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Services > Management & Governance > Ncloud Single Sign-On menus, in that order.
- Click the Consent Status menu.
- Click on the desired application in the consent status list to view the provided information.
- Application name: the name of the registered application
- Recipient: the entity receiving the privacy information provided during the application registration
- Transferred overseas: whether privacy information is transferred overseas when the application is serviced by a foreign IDC or CPS
- Privacy information provided: privacy information provided when consenting to privacy information provision
- Consent status: status of the consent given for providing privacy information by account
- Consent date and time (UTC+09:00): the date and time when the consent to provide privacy information was given
- Date and time of modification (UTC+09:00): the date and time when the consent status was modified
- [Withdraw provision of privacy information] button: click to withdraw consent to provide privacy information
- Information use by recipient: the purpose of use for the privacy information provided during application registration
- Period of retention/use of the provided privacy information: period of retention and use of privacy information entered during application registration
Withdraw provision of privacy information
You can withdraw the provision of privacy information to the application. The following describes how to withdraw.
After withdrawing your consent to provide privacy information, you need to re-consent to the provision of privacy information and transfer overseas consent to log in to that application again.
- Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Services > Management & Governance > Ncloud Single Sign-On menus, in that order.
- Click the Consent Status menu.
- Click on the desired application in the consent status list.
- Click the [Withdraw provision of privacy information] button.
- When the Withdraw from consent to provide privacy information pop-up window appears, check the precautions and click the [Withdraw] button and then click the [Confirm] button.
- In the consent status list, the Consent Statuschanges to Withdrawn.
