Available in VPC
Endpoint Route Table allows you to set ingress routing traffic for traffic incoming to the endpoint. The detailed features of the Endpoint Route Table are as follows:
- Only the endpoints created in the transit VPS can be applied.
- Applicable endpoints are Internet Gateway (IGW), Virtual Gateway (VGW), and Transit VPC Connect.

View Endpoint Route Table list
In the list of created and operating Endpoint Route Tables, you can view information by Endpoint Route Table. To check:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Networking > VPC. - Click the Endpoint Route Table menu.
- When the list of created route tables appears, view the summarized information, or click the route table to see details.
- Route table name: Endpoint Route Table name
- Route Table ID: ID value of Endpoint Route Table
- VPC name: Name of the VPC using the Endpoint Route Table
- Status: Status of the Endpoint Route Table
- Running: Status in which the creation of the route table has been completed with the information you entered, and the route table is available for use.
- Configuring: Status in which the route table is being configured with the information you entered.
- Associated Endpoint type: Type of Endpoint that uses the Endpoint Route Table.
- [Associated Subnet settings] tab: Endpoint settings that use the Endpoint Route Table.
- [Routes settings] tab: List of routing rules included in the Endpoint Route Table.
- Memo: Memo related to the Endpoint Route Table. You can edit it by clicking [Edit].
Create Endpoint Route Table
To create an Endpoint Route Table:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Networking > VPC. - Click the Endpoint Route Table menu.
- Click [Create Endpoint Route Table].
- When the Create Endpoint Route Table popup appears, enter the information for the route table to be created.
- Route table name: Enter a name for the Endpoint Route Table using letters, numbers, and hyphens (-), with a length of 3 to 30 characters.
- VPC: Select the transit VPC to use the Endpoint Route Table.
- Associated Endpoint type: Select the endpoint type to use with the Endpoint Route Table.
- Click [Create].
- Check the status of the created Endpoint Route Table from the list in the Endpoint Route Table page.
- Running: Status in which the creation of the Endpoint Route Table has been completed with the information you entered, and the route table is available for use.
- Configuring: Status in which the Endpoint Route Table is being configured with the information you entered.
- Set routing rules to include the Endpoint Route Table, and specify the endpoint to apply the rules to.
Set routing rules
To add or delete routing rules to/from the created route table:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Networking > VPC. - Click the Endpoint Route Table menu.
- Select the desired route table from the list, and click [Set routes].
- When the Set route table popup, set routing rules.
- Destination: Enter the destination's IP address in the form of a CIDR block.
- Target type: Select the type of the next hop for communication with the destination.
- LOCAL: Set communication between transit VPC resources.
- SFC: Configure the SFC created through the Service Function Chain menu.
- Target name: Select the next hop to specify within the selected target type.
- [Create]: Add the routing rules you entered to the list.
- Click [OK].
- To check the set rules, select the route table from the Endpoint Route Table list, ,and click the [Routes] tab.
Set related endpoint
To set endpoints to apply the set Endpoint Route Table:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Networking > VPC. - Click the Endpoint Route Table menu.
- Select the desired route table from the list, and click [Set related endpoint].
- When the Set related endpoint popup appears, select an endpoint, and click [Create] to add the endpoint.
- Click [OK].
- To check the added endpoint, select the route table from the Endpoint Route Table list, ,and click the [Related endpoint] tap.
Note
Each endpoint can apply only 1 Endpoint Route Table.
Delete Endpoint Route Table
To delete the created and operating Endpoint Route Table:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Networking > VPC. - Click the Endpoint Route Table menu.
- Click the route table you want to delete, and then click [Delete Endpoint Route Table].
- When the Delete route table popup appears, click [Delete].
