          Request subscription to Web service Monitoring System

          How to request a subscription to the Web service Monitoring System is as follows:

          1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
          2. Click Services > Management & Governance > Web service Monitoring System menus, in that order.
          3. Click the [Request subscription] button.
          4. When the Request subscription pop-up window appears, click the [OK] button.
          Note

          For efficient Web service Monitoring System operation, you can manage permissions to the Web Service Monitoring System through the Sub Account. Refer to Sub Account user guide for detailed instructions for use.

          Cancel a subscription to Web service Monitoring System

          How to cancel a subscription to Web service Monitoring System is as follows:

          Note

          If you cancel your subscription to the Web service Monitoring System, the saved history during the use of the Web service Monitoring System will also be deleted.

          1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
          2. Click Services > Management & Governance > Web service Monitoring System menus, in that order.
          3. Click the Subscription menu.
          4. Click the [Product in use] button, and then click Cancel subscription.
          5. Check the details when the subscription cancellation pop-up window appears, and then click the [OK] button.

          Request a subscription to Cloud Insight

          To add recipients to receive notifications for errors detected during monitoring, you need to request a subscription to Cloud Insight. The following describes how to request a subscription to Cloud Insight from the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

          Caution

          Here is a brief introduction on how to request a subscription to Cloud Insight. For more information on how to use Cloud Insight, see Cloud Insight user guide.

          1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
          2. Click Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Insight (Monitoring) menus, in that order.
          3. Click the Subscription menu.
          4. Click the [Request subscription] button.
          5. Check the details in the subscription request pop-up window, and then click the [OK] button.
