Available in Classic and VPC
Check the resource information of Backup. All activities users are able to perform in Backup service is mapped to all types of resources and all actions by type defined in Resource Manager service. Cloud Activity Tracer service may collect the actions by user based on the mapping value and administrators may monitor the activities by users or use the information to write an audit report. In addition, resource type can be used as the standard for permissions per user in Sub Account service.
Caution
The resource in this article is different from the resource, the minimum unit to use Backup service.
The following describes the resource and task history by resource type:
- Resource
- Unit of key information managed by each service
- Object that can be created, changed, and deleted by the user
- Unique value by each service of NAVER Cloud Platform
- Task history by resource type (action)
- History of tasks performed by the user through the console and API
- Act of creating, changing, or deleting resources

- Sub Account service: NAVER Cloud Platform provides this service for free. The permissions are designed based on the resource type defined in Resource Manager. However, because the resource type group and the action by resource type are configured in Sub Account, they differ from the group and action values defined in Resource Manager.
