You can set up various permissions of the access to Backup service by using Sub Account service which is the user management service of NAVER Cloud Platform. Sub Account provides System Managed policies for the setup of permissions to management and operation.

System managed policy
System managed policies are role-based policies defined by NAVER Cloud Platform for user convenience. When you assign system managed policies to the sub account created in Sub Account, the sub account with the permissions can use Backup service. The system managed policy of Backup service has the following information:
| Policy name | Policy description |
|---|---|
| NCP_ADMINISTRATOR | Permission to access the portal and console in NAVER Cloud Platform in the same manner as main accounts |
| NCP_INFRA_MANAGER | Permission to use all services in NAVER Cloud Platform with restricted access to some features (Manage usage, Manage payment, Solution usage status) of my page in the portal |
| NCP_BACKUP_MANAGER | Permission to use all features in Backup service |
| NCP_VPC_BACKUP_MANAGER | Permission to use all features in VPC based Backup service |
