Available in Classic and VPC
Event describes how to check and manage events that occur due to the event rule and how to download the event list.
To access the Event menu, access NAVER Cloud Platform portal and click [Console] >
> Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Insight > Event in order.
Event page
The Event screen is laid out as follows:

| ① Menu name | Name of the menu currently being viewed |
| ② Basic features | Features displayed when initially entering the Event menu

| ③ View period | You can set the view period according to Korea Standard Time/last 1 hour/last 6 hours/last 12 hours/last 1 day/last 1 week/custom.

| ④ Filter | Can set services/levels/types of the event to view, and whether to include the resource deleted. |
| ⑤ Event occurrence graph | Displays the number of event occurrences in a bar graph.
|
| ⑥ Search area | Displays the status button of events to view and the search bar.
|
| ⑦ Download | Click to download the event list. |
| ⑧ Detailed event list | Displays a detailed list of events that have occurred.

Manage events
You can set a tag to an event that has occurred or register a comment to manage an event.
Set Event tags
You can set a tag to classify and manage an event that has occurred according to a specific purpose.
To set Event tags, follow these steps:
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click
> Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Insight (Monitoring) in order. - Click Event.
- Click the event to set a tag in the event list.
- Click [Set].
- In the Set tags popup windows, enter Key and Value and click the [Add] button.
- The entered value is added to the List of tags added.
- To delete a tag you added, click
of the tag to delete.
- Click the [Save] button.
Register comments
To register a comment, follow these steps:
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click
> Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Insight (Monitoring) in order. - Click Event.
- Click the event to register a comment in the event list.
- Click the [Register] button.
- In the View all comments popup window, which appears after clicking the View all button, you can also click the [Register] button.
- In the Register comments popup window, enter the comment registrant and the content, and then click the [Save] button.
- The registrant's name and account ID, the register data and time, and the entered comment are displayed in Comment.
- Click the [Edit] button to edit the comment.
- Click the [Delete] button to delete the comment.
Download event list
Note
Events can be uploaded up to 10,000.
To download the event list, follow these steps:
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click
> Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Insight (Monitoring) in order. - Click Event.
- View the event to download and click the [Download] button.
- Click the format of the file to download.
- You can download the file in JSON or CSV format.
