You may save email addresses in an address book and group multiple recipients together and utilize them when you send an email.
Address book page
To access the address book menu, in the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Application Services > Cloud Outbound Mailer > Address book menus, in that order.
The address book page is laid out as follows.
Field | Description |

⑥ Download request/list | Download the list of registered email addresses as an Excel file. (Refer to Download address book) |

Create group
The following describes how to create a new recipient group.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Application Services > Cloud Outbound Mailer menus, in that order.
- Click the Address book menu.
- Enter a group name to be created in the group name input window on the top of the page.
- You may enter up to 100 characters using Korean, English upper and lowercase letters, numbers, periods (.), underscores (_), and hyphens (-)
- When you enter a value, the [Create] button is activated
- Click the [Create] button.
Add address
The following describes how to add a new email address to the address book.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Application Services > Cloud Outbound Mailer menus, in that order.
- Click the Address book menu.
- Click the [Register address] button.
- To add an address to the created recipient group, click the [Register address] button while selecting a group from the recipient group tree.
- When you add an address while selecting the Entire address, the address is added without group.
- When the address registration pop-up window appears, add the address in a desired way.
- Multiple input: Enter an email address in the input window at the bottom.
- You may enter up to 1,000 addresses at a time.
- Divide addresses by the [Tab]/[Space]/[Enter] keys, commas (,), and semicolons (;)
- Bulk file upload: Click the [Select file for bulk registration] button to upload an Excel or csv file including email addresses
- You may use the file size up to 10 MB.
- Multiple input: Enter an email address in the input window at the bottom.
- Click the [OK] button.
- In the notification pop-up window, click the [OK] button.
Edit group
The following describes how to edit a designated group of an email address in the list.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Application Services > Cloud Outbound Mailer menus, in that order.
- Click the Address book menu.
- Select an address from the email address list and click the [Edit group] button.
- Edit the designated group in the group drop-down list
- You may select a group to be added or deselect a group to be excluded.
- You may select multiple groups.
- To create a new group, enter the group name in the group name field and then, click the [Create] button.
- Click the [Apply] button.
Download address book
The following describes how to download the data registered in the address book as an Excel file.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Application Services > Cloud Outbound Mailer menus, in that order.
- Click the Address book menu.
- Click the [Download request/list] button.
- From the Excel download list pop-up window, click the [Request to create file] button.
- Please note that it may take time to create a file, depending on the data size.
- You may download the created file for a week and then it will expire.
- Click the [Download] button.
- The data is downloaded to the local PC.
- Click the [OK] button.
Reset address book
The following describes how to delete all recipient groups and email addresses and reset the address book.
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Application Services > Cloud Outbound Mailer menus, in that order.
- Click the Address book menu.
- Click the [Reset] button.
- From the reset pop-up window, click the [OK] button.
