You can view analytics for emails requested for delivery starting from the day you subscribed to Cloud Outbound Mailer.
If you unsubscribe from the service and then subscribe again, statistics are displayed starting from the re-subscription date.
View analytics
To view analytics for requested email deliveries, in the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Application Services > Cloud Outbound Mailer > Statistics.
You can view analytics based on the following criteria:
By request date
On the Statistics interface, click the [By request date] tab to view analytics based on the date the email delivery was requested.
- You can search by request date and a specific template.
- Hover over the analytics chart to view request counts for each item.
- Click a chart category to exclude or include it in the chart.
- Click
to download the displayed analytics as an Excel table.

By send date
On the Statistics interface, click the [By send date] tab to view analytics based on the actual send date.
- You can search by request date and a specific template.
- Hover over the analytics chart to view request counts for each item.
- Click a chart category to exclude or include it in the chart.

to download the displayed analytics as an Excel table.

By domain name
On the Statistics interface, click the [By domain name] tab to view analytics based on recipient email address domains.
Analytics are provided on a daily basis and are not updated in real time.
- You can search by request date, delivery result code, and domain.
- Hover over the analytics chart to view the number and percentage of emails sent by domain.
- Click a domain in the analytics chart to view the distribution of delivery result codes within that domain.

By delivery result code
On the Statistics interface, click the [By delivery result code] tab to view analytics based on delivery result codes recorded by the system.
Analytics are provided on a daily basis and are not updated in real time.
- You can search by request date, delivery result code, and domain.
- Hover over the analytics chart to view the number and percentage of emails by delivery result code.
- Click a code in the analytics chart to view the domain distribution for that code.

| CONNECTION_ABNORMAL | Temporary sending failure due to abnormal connection. |
| CONTENT_HAS_TAG_FORM | Sending failed due to the presence of substitution tags in the mail content. |
| EMPTY_BODY_CONTENT | Sending failed due to system error preventing mail body from being set. |
| MAILBOX_ABNORMAL | Temporary sending failure due to abnormal recipient mailbox. |
| MAILBOX_ERROR | Sending failed due to recipient mailbox error. |
| MAIL_CONTENTS_ERROR | Sending failed due to mail content error. |
| MAIL_SENT | Sending successful. |
| MIME_MESSAGE_CREATE_FAIL | Sending failed due to system error preventing MIME message creation. |
| NETWORK_ABNORMAL | Temporary sending failure due to abnormal network conditions. |

| NONEXISTENT_DOMAIN_ADDRESS | Sending failed due to non-existent recipient domain. |

| SEND_BLOCK_ADDRESS | Sending blocked due to request to a blocked recipient. |
| SMTP_ABNORMAL | Temporary sending failure due to abnormal SMTP with the recipient side. |
| SMTP_ERROR | Sending failed due to SMTP error on the recipient side. |
| TEST_MAIL_SEND | Test mail sending by the system. |
| UNDEFINED_ERROR | Sending failed due to undefined error. |
| UNKNOWN_CAUSE_FAIL | Sending failed due to unknown error inside or outside the system. |
| UNKNOWN_DOMAIN_ADDRESS | Sending failed due to request to an address with an unknown or blocked domain. |
| UNSUBSCRIBE_ADDRESS | Sending blocked due to request to an unsubscribed address. |
| UNSUPPORTED_ENCODING_ADDRESS | Sending failed due to unsupported recipient address encoding. |
By sending limit
On the Statistics interface, click the [By sending limit] tab to view analytics for monthly cumulative sending volume and daily sending volume based on sending limits.
- You can select the request month and search up to 3 months, including the current month.
- Hover over the analytics chart to view daily sending counts.

- Click [Request sending limit change] to go to the portal’s Contact Support page, where you can submit a request to change the sending limit.
- If you cancel an email delivery request after submission, it may take up to 2 hours for the sending limit data to be restored.
