In the Topic menu, you can create, operate, and manage topics. You can view and monitor the data sent to a topic and the consumer groups consuming that data, as well as set up a storage integration connector to reliably transmit real-time data to external services. Topic screen

The topic screen is laid out as follows:

Area Description
① Menu name Name of the menu currently being viewed
② Basic features Basic features provided in the Topic menu
  • [Create topic]: create a new topic
  • [Learn more about the product]: move to the Data Stream service introduction page
  • [Refresh]: refresh the screen
③ Access endpoint Producers and consumers can copy topic names by clicking on the network address
  • i-datastream-copy available when connecting to the Kafka cluster
④ Search bar Search for topics by entering a topic name or description
⑤ Sort by Sort the topic list in ascending or descending order by topic name or creation date
⑥ Topic list List of topics created in your account
  • Displays topic name and description
  • i-datastream-copy: click to copy topic name
  • i-datastream-pin-deactive/i-datastream-pin-active: click to set whether to fix it at the top of the screen
  • Status: check if a topic is active
    • Messages can only be produced and consumed when a topic is active
  • No. of topic partitions: number of partitions in the topic
  • Message retention period: retention period for messages stored in a topic
  • Topic creation date and time: YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss (UTC+09:00) format
  • View service details: click for Check and manage topic information

View topic list

To view the topic list, follow these steps:

  1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. Click Services > Big Data & Analytics > Data Stream in order.
  3. Click the Topic menu.
  4. When the screen appears, check the list of topics.
