You can add and easily manage domains in NAVER Cloud Platform's Global DNS. You can check how to use in detail in Getting started with Global DNS and Using Global DNS, but we recommend that you first look at the full scenario using Global DNS. Reading the guide after learning the usage scenario will allow you to use Global DNS more smoothly. The overall sequence of using Global DNS and description of each sequence are as follows.
1. Register domain name in a domain registration agency
2. Set usage permissions
3. Register domain and add record
4. Register name server information in the domain registration agency
5. Monitor the number of requests from domain
1. Register domain name in a domain registration agency
NAVER Cloud Platform's Global DNS does not register domains as an agent.
Register a new domain name in certified domain registration agencies such as Gavia, iNames, and Dotname Korea.
2. Set usage permissions
If multiple users must manage and share Global DNS, you can set permissions by user and operate them. You can configure permissions by user with admin permissions and user permissions through NAVER Cloud Platform's Sub Account, and define roles for each permission. Setting usage permissions is not a mandatory setting, so you can enable or disable the permissions for situations that require them while using Global DNS.
Sub Account is a service provided free of charge upon subscription request. For an introduction on Sub Account and details about its pricing plans, refer to the Services > Management & Governance > Sub Account menu in NAVER Cloud Platform portal.

3. Register domain and add record
Register a domain in NAVER Cloud Platform's Global DNS. When the domain is registered, a name server is created. In addition, enter and add DNS records to set up for the domain.
If you have a large number of domains that you want to register, you can also organize the domain and domain record information into an Excel-formatted domain zone file, and register them all at once.
You can refer to the following guides:
4. Register name server information in the domain registration agency
Add the NS record values, which are the registration agency information and DS record values, when using DNSSEC, to the domain registration agency in Global DNS.
You can refer to the following guides to view the registration agency information.
5. Monitor the number of requests from domain
Monitor the number of requests from the domains registered in Global DNS. You can refer to the following guides:
