Troubleshoot common issues

The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:

Troubleshoot CORS error issues
A CORS error occurred.
"The 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header contains multiple values '*, *', but only one is allowed." Troubleshoot error messages are displayed.

Troubleshoot 401 error issues
During requesting of Global Edge Profile APIs, an expired Time error occurs.
A 401 error occurs.

Troubleshoot 404 NoSuchKey error issues
A 404 NoSuchKey error occurs.

Troubleshoot AccessDenied error issues
I connected the domain after creating the edge, but an AccessDenied error occurs.

Troubleshoot wild certificate application issues
I want to apply the wild certificate to the service domain, but an error occurs.
I received the troubleshoot error message "This value is not available because it is applied by default."

Troubleshoot certificate selection unavailable issues
I have the certificate normally issued, but the certificate is not selected in Global Edge.

Troubleshoot file list hiding issues
I want to set the file list not to be displayed in the XML file.

Troubleshoot caching and content issues

The following are examples of cache-related issues you might encounter:

Troubleshoot previous image-displayed issues
I've changed the image, but the previous image continues to be displayed.
I've changed the file, but the previous file is imported.
Even after I perform a Purge, the previous content is imported.

Troubleshoot CDN cache exception setting issues
I'm integrating the data of Object Storage with Global Edge, and I want to process a file with specific extension as exceptions.

Troubleshoot image path changed issues after migration from CDN+
I've migrated from CDN+ to Global Edge, but all image paths have been changed because the project ID is included in the image path. I want to set the project ID not to be included in the image path.

Troubleshoot edge settings issues

The following are examples of edge settings-related issues you might encounter:

Troubleshoot detailed cache rules addition issues
I want to add Rule builder > Detailed cache rules in the service in operation, but it is disabled.

Troubleshoot service region change unavailable issues
I cannot change the service area from Korea to global.

Troubleshoot Media Vault unavailable issues
You cannot use other features other than Media Vault in the global area of Global Edge.
If the service area of Global Edge is global, you can use only Media Vault in Edge Auth within the cache settings.
