The Channel management page describes the composition of the Channel management interface and the Channel details interface.

Channel management interface

The Channel management interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Basic features Features displayed when entering the Channel management menu for the first time.
  • [Create channel]: Click to create channel.
  • [Learn more]: Go to the Live Station overview page.
  • [Refresh]: Refresh the channel list.
  • [Auto renewal]: Click i-livestation_disable or i-livestation_enable to enable or disable auto renewal.
  • ② Channel status
    • Recent event: Shows recent event history of the created channels.
      • Click i-livestation_setting to set events to be displayed.
      • Click i-livestation_refresh to refresh the recent event.
      • Click an event to check the details on the [Event tab] of the Channel details interface.
    • Streaming channel: Shows the channel currently streaming.
      • Click i-livestation_refresh to refresh the streaming channel information.
    Download Click to download the channel list as an Excel file.
    ④ Post-creation features Features provided after channel creation.
    • [Channel OFF]: Click to stop channel.
      • When the channel status is Stopped, the [Channel ON] button is displayed. Click to resume the channel.
    • [Return channel]: Click to return channel.
    • [Check log]: Click to check the log of streaming events that have occurred within the last 7 days for the channel.
    • [Test streaming]: Click to test stream.
    • [Start recording]: If recording is set to manual, click to start recording.
    • [End recording]: Click during recording to end recording.
    • [Status]: Click during broadcast streaming to check broadcasting status.
    • [Monitoring]: Click during broadcast streaming to monitor the broadcast and check the streaming information (see Monitoring).
    ⑤ Filter Search by channel ID or channel name, or select the channel status and number of items per page to filter the channels to view in the channel list.
    ⑥ Channel list List of channels created.

    Channel details interface

    The Channel details interface includes the following components:

    Component Description
    ① Channel name Name of the channel currently being viewed.
    ② Features
    • [Check log]: Click to check the log of streaming events that have occurred within the last 7 days for the channel.
    • [Test streaming]: Click to test stream.
    • [Start recording]: If recording is set to manual, click to start recording.
    • [End recording]: Click during recording to end recording.
    • [Status]: Click during broadcast streaming to check broadcasting status.
    • [Monitoring]: Click during broadcast streaming to monitor the broadcast and check the streaming information (see Monitoring).
    • [Refresh]: Click to refresh the channel information.
    • [Manual switching]: Click to manually switch between the Main and Backup streams.
    Details Shows the details of channel.
    • Click i-livestation_copy to check the following information:
      • Streaming information - main: Check the URL and the stream key, and copy them to the clipboard.
        • URL: RTMP URL required for broadcast streaming.
        • Stream key - main: Stream key required for broadcast streaming.
      • Image quality settings: Check the image quality settings configured for the channel.
    • Click i-livestation_shortcut to set event notifications.
    ④ Tab
    • [Service URL]: Check the playback URL for the live broadcasting.
      • General: URL for live broadcasting playback.
        • Provides URLs for each quality setting configured on the channel.
        • Click i-livestation_copy to copy the URL.
      • TimeMachine: Rewindable live broadcasting playback URL.
        • Available only for channels with Time Machine enabled at the time of creation.
        • Provides HLS URL only. DASH URL is not provided.
    • [Thumbnail URL]: Check the thumbnail URL extracted in real-time from live broadcasts.
      • Provides original, 100 px, 360 px, and 720 px sizes.
      • Click i-livestation_copy to copy the URL.
    • [Event tab]: Check the detailed event history for the channel by category.
      • Filter to view specific events.
    • [Recording]: Check Live Station recording file information and status (see Recording management).
