Upload temporarily saved recorded file

To save recorded files that have been temporarily saved in an Object Storage bucket for permanent storage:

Note

Temporarily saved recorded files are only stored for 3 days, and then are permanently deleted. It is recommended to configure automatic recording file saving and specify the destination bucket during channel creation, so that recordings can be stored permanently without separate uploads.

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to Menu > Services > Media > Live Station.
  2. Click the Channel management menu.
  3. Click on the channel name where the recorded file to be uploaded is located.
  4. Click the [Recording] tab.
  5. Select the type of recording file to be uploaded.
  6. After selecting the recorded file to be uploaded from the list, click [Upload file].
  7. Select the bucket where you want to save the recorded file, then click [OK].
    • If there is no created bucket, create a bucket by clicking [Create bucket] on the recording VOD upload popup (see Create new bucket).
    • The file status changes to Transferring and when the file upload is completed, it changes to Transfer completed.

Delete recording file

To delete a recorded file:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to Menu > Services > Media > Live Station.
  2. Click the Channel management menu.
  3. Click on the channel name where the recorded file to be deleted is located.
  4. Click the [Recording] tab.
  5. Select the type of recorded file to be deleted.
  6. In the list, select the recorded file you wish to delete, then click [Delete].
  7. Check the details in the recording VOD deletion popup, then click [Delete].
    • The recorded file disappears from the list.
Note

The recorded file is not deleted from the Object Storage bucket even if you deleted it in the [Recording] tab.
