In viewing statistics, you can view various indicators related to player viewing, such as real-time viewer count, playback success count, playback time, session logs for viewers and analyze viewing statistics by content.
The following shows how to view the indicators related to viewing statistics:
- Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement.
- Click the Media Analytics menu.
- Click the [Go to MEDIA ANALYTICS] button at the top of the screen.
- Log in with Admin account ID and password.
- Click the Viewing Statistics menu, then select and click the submenu to check.
- Real-time viewer count: number of player’s current viewers
- Playback success count: number of successful playback when the viewers are clicking the play button
- Total playback count: number of a viewer clicking the play button
- Total playback time: time that a player plays a video
- Unique user: number of IP addresses using a player
- Domain call count: number of times that a player calls an installed domain
- Recent session information: session log that you call a player
- Content analysis: data analyzing viewing statistics by content
Real-time viewer count
You can view the number of current viewers watching players.
The following are detailed collection criteria on indicators:

The following are the features available for viewing indicators:
- Filter: you can selectively view desired data using the filters at the top of the screen.
- User customization: you can save the configured filter values as a custom filter. With the filter set as you desire, click Filter > [Save current filter selection value], enter a name, and save it.
- Reset: click Reset Filters to remove all applied filters.
- Graph expansion: a certain area to drag within the graph becomes enlarged. To return the graph to its initial state, click the [Reset] button.
- Save collected data: you can review individually collected data based on criteria in the list at the bottom of the screen. To save the data locally, click .
Playback success count
You can view the number of successful playback by the viewers clicking the playback button.
The following are detailed collection criteria on indicators:

- Category Adjustment: click the category in the top-left corner of the graph to include or exclude it from the graph.

Total playback time
You can view the time of video playback by a player.
Total playback time is estimated data that doesn’t guarantee precise measurement. Please use it as a reference only.
The following are detailed collection criteria on indicators:

Unique user
You can view your unique number through the number of IP addresses using a player.
