Dashboard: check the recent status of the data collected from the player
Viewing statistics: check statistics on player viewers
Viewing quality: check index about viewing quality of the player
Debug: check statistics on buffering and error occurring in the player
Error code: check the error information occurring in the player
Notification: send notifications to a chosen channel by selecting risk zones directly based on viewing quality and debug data
Usage: view the usage of API called by Media Analytics
Settings: manage Media Analytics settings and player integration

You can view player data at a glance through the displayed dashboard when you log in the Media Analytics management page.

The dashboard is laid out as follows:

② Real-time viewer count	Number of viewers watching the player in the last 30 minutes Update the data every minute
③ Viewing quality	Compare our last 30-minute average data with average data of other companies using the player for the previous day
④ Playback status	Check the total playback attempts and successful playback counts for viewers in the last 30 minutes Update the data every minute
⑤ Debug	Recent debug states for viewers in the last 10 minutes. Update every minute Display NORMAL, WARNING, CRITICAL states based on specified risk zones by item Click Set Risk Zones to change the zone criteria or set a notification
⑥ Recent session information	Session history of users who called the player within the last 24 hours
