You can configure and manage permissions for top level shared folders and view logs of sharing links at Manage shared folder of Media Connect Center Service preferences.
Service preferences > Manage content folder is a menu that is only accessible by Media Connect Center admins. They are not visible on the Media Connect Center screen for normal users.
Managing top level content folders
To view the list of top level shared folders that are in use or have been deleted, as well as how to set access permission owners or restore deleted top level shared folders, follow these steps:
- Click Service preferences > Manage content folder in order in the left side of the screen.
- Click the [Manage bucket folder] tab menu.
- Check the required information.
- B in use: storage in use
- Currently in use: storage capacity that is in use by the top level content folder
- Folder name: name of the top level content folder
- Master: name of the user account (email address) that has master permissions for the top level content folder
- Members: number of users who have access permission to the top level content folder (including master permissions)
- Date created: date on which the top level content folder was added
- To find and view only the top level content folder you want, type the folder name, master, and then click the [Search] button at the top of the screen.
- To set access permissions for a top level content folder, click the Settings icon.

- To restore the top level shared folder that has been deleted, click the [Restore] button.
- The list is refreshed to the latest version when you click the [Reset] button.

Manage link
To view a list of links to the top level path content folders (files) and copy the sharing links, follow these steps:
- Click Service preferences > Manage content folder in order in the left side of the screen.
- Click the [Manage links] tab menu.
- Check the required information.
- Type: displays the objects shared with links, classified as folder, file, or file and folder
- Content name: name of the folder (file) shared with a link
- Maximum downloads: maximum number of times a folder (file) shared with a link can be downloaded to a local system
- Link: review the sharing link and click the [Copy] button to copy it
- Created by: name of the user account who created the sharing link
- Link created date: date the sharing link was created
- Link expiration date: expiration date of the sharing link
- To find and view only the shared links you want, enter the content name and creator, and click the [Search] button at the top of the screen.
The list is refreshed to the latest version when you click the [Reset] button.
