Available in Classic
You can manage events generated from NAS volumes in event management.
After you configure an event, a notification is sent to the person in charge when the event occurs.
To access the Event menu, access the NAVER Cloud Platform portal and navigate to [Console] >
> Services > Storage > NAS > Event.
Event interface
The event interface includes the following components:

View event list
You can view event information for each NAS volume in the event list. To view the information:
Note
- You may view the list if you have 1 or more NAS volumes where an event is set. If there is no NAS volume where an event is set, the list isn't displayed in the Event interface. For more information about event settings, see Event settings.
- The event log displays event logs from the last 7 days.
- In the Classic environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Storage > NAS. - Click the Event menu.
- In the event list, click a NAS volume to view its event information.
- Name of NAS volume: Name of the NAS volume.
- Zone: A zone where the NAS volume is located.
- Requested volume size: Size of NAS volume requested at creation.
- Event settings date and time: Date and time when the event was set.
- Most recent event date and time: Date and time when the most recent event occurred.
- Most recent event value: Value of the most recent event.
- Notification settings history: List of recipients to notify of event status.
Change event settings
To change the event settings:
- In the Classic environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Storage > NAS. - Click the Event menu.
- Select the NAS volume for which you want to change the event settings, then click [Change event settings].
- Check the volume for which you want to change the event or notification settings, then click [Next].
- Configure the events to apply to the selected NAS volume, then click [Next].
- If you want to add an event, enter the threshold and duration of the event to be set, then click [Add].
- To edit an event, click [Edit] and edit the threshold and duration of the event, then click [Save].
- Click [Delete] to delete the event.
- Edit the recipient of the event notification and click [Next].
- To add recipient, select the additional person to be notified and the notification method, and click [Add].
- Click [Delete] to delete the recipient.
- You can manage notification recipients by clicking [Manage notification recipient group] and [Manage notification recipient]. For more information about how to set notification recipients, see Notification settings and history management.
- Review changes and click [OK].
Disable event
To disable the settings for the selected event:
- In the Classic environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Storage > NAS. - Click the Event menu.
- Select the NAS volume for which you want to disable the event, then click [Disable event].
- You can also delete each event by clicking [Delete] in the NAS volume list.
- Click [OK] in the event settings deletion popup.
- All events set for the selected NAS volume are deleted at once.
Note
- When you remove the event, the NAS volume does not display on the Event interface.
- If necessary, you can reset the event in Services > Storage > NAS. (See Event settings.)
Event setting log
To view the event setting change history:
- In the Classic environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Storage > NAS. - Click the Event menu.
- Select the NAS volume for which you want to view the event setting change history, then click [Event setting log].
- View the event setting change information in the Event setting log popup, then click [OK].
- Click [Download] to download event setting log as an Excel file.
- The event setting log displays event setting information for the last 3 months.
Event log
To view the event history:
- In the Classic environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Storage > NAS. - Click the Event menu.
- Select the NAS volume for which you want to view the event history, then click [Event log].
- View the event information in the Event log popup, then click [OK].
- Click [Download] to download event setting log as an Excel file.
- The event log displays event information for the last 7 days.
Notification settings and history management
To edit the notification recipients for event status:
- In the Classic environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Storage > NAS. - Click the Event menu.
- Click [View] for the NAS volume whose notification settings you want to edit.
- Change the recipient settings in the Notification setting popup, then click [OK].
- To add recipient, select the name of person to be notified and the notification method, and click [Add].
- Click [Delete] to delete the recipient.

- To view the contacts for each group, click [Manage notification recipient group] in the notification settings popup.
