    Managing events describes how to manage the event that occurred in the NAS volume data.
    In case of event occurrence after setting the event, the event notification is sent to the person in charge.
    To access the Event menu, connect to NAVER Cloud Platform portal, and then click [Console] > Services > Storage > NAS > Event in order.

    Event page

    The event page is laid out as follows.

    Viewing the event list

    You can view the event information of each NAS volume in the event list The following describes how to view the information.

    Note
    • The list can be checked if there are more than one NAS volume that set an event. If there is no NAS volume that set an event, then the list isn't displayed in the event page. For more information about event setting, please refer to Set events.
    • Event occurrence logs show the history of event occurrence for the last seven days.
    1. Click the Services > Storage > NAS menu in order in the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Event menu.
    3. Click the NAS volume in the event list and view the information on the event that occurred.

      • NAS volume name: name of the NAS volume
      • ZONE: zone where the created NAS volume is located
      • Requested volume capacity: NAS volume capacity that was requested when creating the volume
      • Event set date and time: date and time when the event was set
      • Last event occurrence date and time: date and time when the event last occurred
      • Recent event occurrence count: count of recently occurred events
      • Notification setting details: list of recipients of event occurrence notification

    Changing event settings

    The following describes how to change the event settings.

    1. Click the Services > Storage > NAS menu in order in the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Event menu.
    3. Select the NAS volume to change the event settings, and then click the [Change event settings] button.
    4. View the volume to change the event or notification recipients and click the [Next].
    5. Set the event to apply to the selected NAS volume and click the [Next] button.
      • To add an event, enter the threshold and duration and click the [Add] button.
      • To modify an event, click the [Modify] button and modify the threshold and duration of the event, and then click the [Save] button.
      • To delete an event, click the [Delete] button.
    6. Modify the event notification recipients and click the [Next] button.
      • To add a notification recipient, select a person in charge and notification method, and then click the [Add] button.
      • To delete a notification recipient, click the [Delete] button.
      • You can manage notification recipients by clicking the [Notification recipient management group] and [Notification recipient management] button. For more details about notification recipient setting, refer to Managing notification setting and details.
    7. View the changes, and then click the [OK] button.

    Removing events

    The following describes how to remove the settings of the selected event.

    1. Click the Services > Storage > NAS menu in order in the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Event menu.
    3. Select the NAS volume to remove its events and click the [Remove event] button.
      • You can remove each event by clicking the [Delete] button displayed on the NAS volume list.
    4. Click the [OK] button in the Delete event setting item pop-up window.
      • All events set in the selected NAS volume are removed at the same time.
    Note
    • When the event is removed, the NAS volume isn't displayed in the event page.
    • If necessary, then you can set the event again using the Services > Storage > NAS menus. (Refer to Event setting)

    Event setting logs

    The following describes how to view the event setting history.

    1. Click the Services > Storage > NAS menu in order in the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Event menu.
    3. Select the NAS volume to view the event setting change history, and then click the [Event setting logs] button.
    4. View the event setting change information in the Event setting log pop-up window, and then click the [OK] button.
      • Click the [Download] button to download event setting logs as an Excel file.
      • Event setting logs show the event setting information for the last three months.

    Event occurrence logs

    The following describes how to view the event occurrence history.

    1. Click the Services > Storage > NAS menu in order in the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Event menu.
    3. Select the NAS volume to view the event occurrence history, and then click the [Event occurrence logs] button.
    4. View the event setting occurrence information in the Event occurrence log pop-up window, and then click the [OK] button.
      • Click the [Download] button to download event setting logs as an Excel file.
      • Event occurrence logs show the information of events that occurred over the last seven days.

    Notification setting and detail management

    The following describes how to modify the recipients of event occurrence notifications.

    1. Click the Services > Storage > NAS menu in order in the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Event menu.
    3. Click the [View] button of the NAS volume of which notification setting details will be modified.
    4. Change the recipient settings in the Notification setting details pop-up window, and then click the [OK] button.
      • To add a notification recipient, select the name of the person in charge and notification method, and then click the [Add] button.
      • To delete a notification recipient, click the [Delete] button.
    Note
    • To view the person in charge in each group, click the [Notification recipient management group] button in the Notification setting details pop-up window.
    • To add a notification recipient, click the [Notification recipient management] button in the Notification setting details pop-up window. For details about the registration of notification recipients, refer to Add recipient.
