Shopping Intent is a feature that provides estimated demographic data and shopping interests for NAVER users who are similar to the target group of a Task Model.
You can use the Shopping Intent interface to create and delete Shopping Intent Profiles.
Shopping Intent interface
The Shopping Intent interface includes the following components:

Create a profile
You can use a Task Model to create a profile. To create:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to Menu > Services > AI Services > NCLUE.
- Click the Shopping Intent menu.
- Click [Create profile].
- When the create profile popup appears, configure the profile.
- Profile name: The key name used to manage the profile. Enter a unique name of up to 100 characters.
- Task Model: From the dropdown menu, select the Task whose results you want to check.
- Click [Create].
- The profile appears in the list with the status Registered. When profile creation is complete, the status changes to Available.
Note
- When user behavior on NAVER indicates purchase intent, that item is output as a shopping interest.
- Each value represents the proportion of NAVER users within that item who are similar to the Task Model target.
- Created Shopping Intent profiles are stored in storage dedicated to the NCLUE service.
Caution
Check the version of the NCLUE model. Profiles created from features based on deprecated models can still be viewed, but they may differ from results generated with the latest models. We recommend using the latest models.
Delete a profile
To delete a profile:
Caution
Deleted profiles cannot be restored. Be sure to review the profile before deleting it.
Note
- If you select a profile whose status is Pending or In progress, [Delete] is disabled.
- You can select and delete multiple profiles at once.
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to Menu > Services > AI Services > NCLUE.
- Click the Shopping Intent menu.
- In the profile list, select the profile you want to delete, then click [Delete].
- When the Delete profile popup appears, click [Delete].
- The profile is deleted and removed from the list.
