Available in VPC
This guide explains how to request access to integrated services and prepare the required infrastructure before using the NIMORO service.
Depending on the data type (NAVER-provided data or client data) and user permissions, the services that must be integrated with NIMORO are as follows:
- Sub Account: Required for adding users other than the main account.
- Cloud Data Box: Required for analyzing NAVER-provided data.
- Data Catalog: Required for analyzing customer-uploaded data.
- Object Storage: Required for using the Data Catalog service.
Sub Account
NAVER Cloud Platform's Sub Account is a service provided free of charge, without a separate subscription. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console, then navigate to
> Services > Management & Governance > Sub Account > Sub Accounts to create a sub account for using the NIMORO service. Sub accounts created in the Sub Account service are available for selection when adding users in NIMORO Studio.
For more information, see Sub Account user guide.
Cloud Data Box
Cloud Data Box is required when using the NIMORO service to analyze NAVER data. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Big Data & Analytics > Cloud Data Box > My Space, and create a data box. Then configure the required environment for service use, such as data box access settings and data supply requests.
For more information, see Cloud Data Box user guide.
Data Catalog
Data Catalog is required when using the NIMORO service to analyze client data. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console and navigate to
> Services > Big Data & Analytics > Data Catalog > Database to create a database. Then configure the environment required for service use. Creating a database in the Data Catalog service automatically creates a corresponding bucket in Object Storage.
For more information, see Data Catalog user guide.
Object Storage
NAVER Cloud Platform's Object Storage is a paid service. You can create buckets after subscribing to the service.
For more information, see Object Storage user guide.
While not mandatory, you can use Cloud Log Analytics to manage infrastructure within NIMORO. This is a paid service. You can use it after subscribing. For more information, see Cloud Log Analytics user guide.
