Cautions for use
The following are the cautions for using Papago Translation:
- When using the Papago Text Translation API, the copyright notice and link of Papago brand must be included.
- Because of the difference in algorithms, the translation results of Papago Doc Translation API and Papago Website Translation API may be different from the translation result of Papago Text Translation API.
- You may set the usage limits up to 1,000,000,000 characters per month and 300,000,000 characters per day for each application. If you need to set the usage limits more than that, inquire Portal > Support > Contact us.
- For the last call that exceeds the usage limit, the call is allowed and in this case, the usage fee is calculated based on the number of actually called characters.
<Example>: In case where the monthly usage limit is set to 1000 characters and 990 characters are used, when you additionally calls 20 characters, you may use a total of 1010 characters and the fee is charged based on 1010 characters.

Pricing information
Papago Translation is a paid service, and the usage fee is charged based on the number of characters requested, in the unit of 1,000,000 characters.
