Troubleshooting common issues
The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:
Unable to add monitoring targets
Unable to add monitoring targets to IDS.
Log viewing menu missing
There is no menu available to view logs.
"Invalid domain" error message
When registering a CNAME, "Invalid domain" error message appears.
SSH connection timeout
A timeout occurs during SSH connection attempts.
502 bad gateway
After applying for WAF and setting up the ACL's inbound/outbound via the provided VIP, a 502 error occurs.
The 502 bad gateway error occurs.
Agent issues
The following are examples of common errors related to Agent you might encounter:
Agent status issue
The agent is installed, but its status shows as off in NAVER Cloud Platform console.
Agent execution error
The agent is not being executed.
