080 Block Call Service

The 080 Block Call Service section describes how to request/cancel request/terminate the 080 Block Call Service, as well as to add/view/delete the blocked numbers.

Note

To use features provided in SMS > 080 Block Call Service, you must have a project set to use SMS. To create a project, see Create project; to edit the settings of a created project, see Edit project.

080 Block Call Service

To send an ad massage, you must register the 080 Block Call Service. For more information, see Duty to indicate 080 block call numbers.

Request 080 Block Call Service

To request the 080 Block Call Service, follow these steps:

  1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. Click Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service in order.
  3. Click SMS > 080 Block Call Service.
  4. Check the content displayed on the screen and click the [Request 080 Block Call Service] button.
  5. When the 080 Block Call Service request popup window appears, review the information and agree to the terms and conditions.
  6. Enter your company name and click the [OK] button.
    • The Block Call Service is requested under the relevant company’s name.
    • When the service request is completed, its status is changed as Complete, and 080 Block Call numbers are issued and the charging starts.

Cancel the request for 080 Block Call Service

To cancel the request for 080 Block Call Service, follow these steps:

Note

If the status is Processing, you can cancel the request for 080 Block Call Service. No charges or penalties apply if the request is canceled before being completed.

  1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. Click Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service in order.
  3. Click SMS > 080 Block Call Service.
  4. Select the service to cancel the request for 080 Block Call Service.
  5. Click the [Cancel] button.
  6. In the 080 Block Call Service request deletion popup window, enter the company name entered when you requested it, and click the [Cancel] button.
    • The request for 080 Block Call Service is canceled.

Terminate the 080 Block Call Service

To terminate the 080 Block Call Service, follow these steps:

Note

The registered blocked numbers are deleted if the service is terminated, and not restored even if you request the 080 service again.

  1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. Click Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service in order.
  3. Click SMS > 080 Block Call Service.
  4. Select the project to terminate the request for 080 Block Call Service.
  5. Click the [Terminate] button.
  6. In the 080 Block Call Service termination popup window, enter the company name entered when you requested it, and click the [Delete] button.
    • The 080 Block Call Service is terminated, and its status is changed as Stopped.

Blocked numbers

You can view the numbers blocked through the 080 Block Call Service, as well as add/delete the numbers to be blocked manually through the web console.

Add numbers to be blocked

You can add numbers to be blocked to filter them automatically when sending an ad message.
To add numbers to be blocked, follow these steps:

  1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. Click Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service in order.
  3. Click SMS > 080 Block Call Service.
  4. Select the project to add numbers to be blocked.
  5. Click the [Add] button.
  6. Enter numbers to be blocked and click the [OK] button.
    • Numbers to be blocked are added to the list.

View the blocked numbers

To view the blocked numbers, follow these steps:

  1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. Click Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service in order.
  3. Click SMS > 080 Block Call Service.
  4. Select the project to view the blocked numbers.
    • The blocked number list is displayed.

Delete blocked number

If you delete a blocked number, you can send an ad message using that number.
To delete a blocked number, follow these steps:

  1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. Click Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service in order.
  3. Click SMS > 080 Block Call Service.
  4. Select the project to delete a blocked number.
  5. Click the blocked number to be deleted and click the [Delete] button.
  6. Check the details in the Blocked number deletion popup window and click the [Delete] button.
    • The blocked number is deleted and removed from the list.
