Manage subscriptions

Available in Classic and VPC

Once you viewed the required specifications for ARC eye and learned the usage scenarios and glossary enough, you are ready to start using ARC eye. The very next step is to subscribe ARC eye.

Subscribe

The customers who got approved through customer service can use ARC eye on the NAVER Cloud Platform console. The entire order of how to subscribe to ARC eye and the descriptions for each step are as follows:

1. Customer service

First, to contact the NAVER Cloud consultant to use ARC eye, follow these steps:

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
2. Click Customer support > Contact us on top of the portal in order.
3. Click the [Services] tab.
4. Enter the content in regards to using ARC eye and click the [Contact us] button.
5. After you have a consultation with a NAVER Cloud consultant and the subscription is approved, access the NAVER Cloud Platform console and subscribe to ARC eye.
   <example> Consultation topics: designing space data and scans plan (schedule, the number of devices to rent, personnel, etc.)

2. Subscription request on console

Once the ARC eye subscription is approved through customer service and consulting, you can use ARC eye on the NAVER Cloud Platform console. To subscribe ARC eye on the NAVER Cloud Platform console, follow these steps:

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. In the Region menu, click on the environment you are using.
3. In the Platform menu, click the environment you are using.
4. Click Services > Digital Twin > ARC eye in order.
5. Click the Subscription menu.
6. Click the [Subscribe] button.
7. Read and agree with the terms of service and click the [Request subscription] button.

Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe ARC eye on the NAVER Cloud Platform console. To unsubscribe ARC eye, follow these steps:

1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Click Services > Digital Twin > ARC eye in order.
3. Click the Subscription menu.
4. Click [Subscribed] and click Unsubscribe.
5. Once the unsubscribe popup window appears, click [OK].
