Available in Classic and VPC

Once you've reviewed the ARC eye specifications, quickstart, and glossary, you're ready to start using the service. The very next step is to subscribe ARC eye.

Subscribe to the service

The customers who got approved through customer service can use ARC eye on the NAVER Cloud Platform console. The entire order of how to subscribe to ARC eye and the descriptions for each step are as follows:

1. Customer inquiry

First, to contact the NAVER Cloud consultant to use ARC eye, follow these steps:

1. Connect to the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
2. Go to Support > Contact us at the top of the portal.
3. Click [Services].
4. Enter the content in regards to using ARC eye and click [Contact us].
5. After you have a consultation with a NAVER Cloud consultant and the subscription is approved, access the NAVER Cloud Platform console and subscribe to ARC eye.
   Example: Consultation topic: Spatial data design and scanning plan (schedule, number of devices to be rented, personnel, etc.)

2. Subscribe from console

Once the ARC eye subscription is approved through customer service and consulting, you can use ARC eye on the NAVER Cloud Platform console. To subscribe ARC eye on the NAVER Cloud Platform console, follow these steps:

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Click Region & Platform at the upper right corner of the console page.
3. Select the Region and platform you're using, and then click [Apply].
4. Click Menu at the upper left corner of the console page.
5. Go to Services > Digital Twin > ARC eye.
6. Click the Subscription menu.
7. Click [Request subscription].
8. Read and agree with the terms of service and click [Subscribe].

Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe ARC eye on the NAVER Cloud Platform console. To cancel your ARC eye subscription:

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Click Region & Platform at the upper right corner of the console page.
3. Select the Region and platform you're using, and then click [Apply].
4. Click Menu at the upper left corner of the console page.
5. Go to Services > Digital Twin > ARC eye.
6. Click the Subscription menu.
7. Click [Subscribed], then select Unsubscribe.
8. When the Cancel subscription pop-up window appears, click [OK].
