Using Data Box Frame, administrators can set strict management of shared data and analysis environments for analysts, and analysts can utilize shared data by importing custom data and exporting analysis results. The following scenarios describe how to create and set up an analysis environment, analyze data, and generate analysis results using Data Box Frame.
1. Create Data Box Frame
Create a Data Box Frame by selecting the environment to use in the NAVER Cloud Platform console. For instructions to create a Data Box Frame, see create Data Box Frame.
2. Edit Data Box Frame
Edit the created data Box Frame. For instructions to edit a Data Box Frame, see edit Data Box Frame.
3. Upload shared data and set up data groups
The Data Box Frame manager can manage shared data for analysis and create data groups for each analyst to classify and manage shared data by group. For information on how to upload public data and set up data groups, see upload shared data and set up data groups.
4. Analysis environment settings for each box
Administrators of Data Box Frame can create and set up analysis environments that analysts can use. For how to set the analyst's analysis environment and allow access to shared data, see analysis environment settings for each box.
5. Data analysis for each box
Analysts can check and analyze public data provided by the Data Box Frame manager by utilizing the infrastructure of the used box. For how to analyze and check the data inside the box, see Data analysis for each box.
6. Import files for each box
Analysts can use the console to import files to be used for analysis into Box. For how to import custom data, see Import files for each box.
7. Export of analysis results for each box
Analysts can take out the results of data analysis generated inside the box through the application for export. For export, the Data Box Frame manager checks the feasibility of the export and conducts a review. If export is approved, it is exported to the Object Storage selected at the time of export. 8. Review of adequacy of analysis results
