    If you have checked the CLOVA CareCall usage environment and supported specifications, and have become familiar with the full range of usage scenarios and glossary, you are ready to start using CLOVA CareCall. The first thing to do is to subscribe to CLOVA CareCall. You can request a subscription to CLOVA CareCall and manage your subscription in NAVER Cloud Platform's console.

    Subscribe

    The following describes how to subscribe to CLOVA CareCall.

    Note

    CLOVA CareCall is provided as a submenu of CLOVA AiCall and shares the Subscription menu. Therefore, if you are already using CLOVA AiCall, you can use CLOVA CareCall without subscribing to it separately, and if you subscribe to CLOVA CareCall, you will also subscribe to CLOVA AiCall.

    1. Connect to the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. From the Region menu, click the region you are using.
    3. From the Platform menu, click the platform you are using.
    4. Click Services > AI Services > CLOVA AiCall.
    5. Click the [Subscribe] button.
    6. When the pop-up window for agreeing to the Terms of service appears, agree to the Terms of service and click the [OK] button.
    7. From the notification pop-up window, click the [OK] button.
      • The subscription request will be completed.

    Cancel subscription

    The following describes how to cancel your CLOVA CareCall subscription.

    Caution
    • When you cancel your CLOVA CareCall subscription, your CLOVA AiCall subscription will also be canceled. To continue using CLOVA AiCall, do not cancel your subscription.
    • Please note that if you cancel your CLOVA CareCall subscription, all associated data will be deleted.
    Note

    If the Contact Center you created exists, you cannot cancel your subscription. Please delete all Contact Centers first (see Delete a Contact Center).

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > AI Services > CLOVA AiCall.
    3. Click the Subscription menu.
    4. Click the [Product in use] button, and then click Unsubscribe.
    5. Check the details in the pop-up window to unsubscribe, and then click the [OK] button.
    6. Click the [OK] button in the pop-up window.
      • You will no longer be subscribed.
