ARC brain is NAVER Cloud Platform's service that leverages digital twin technology to help you reliably control, manage, and monitor robots and facilities across indoor and outdoor environments.

ARC brain offers these key features:

• Multi-robot coordination: Seamlessly coordinate different robot types from various manufacturers through standardized interfaces and smart traffic management. The system prevents collisions and manages queues in tight spaces like elevators and gates. When multiple robots operate simultaneously in confined areas, advanced traffic control prevents collisions and orchestrates movement based on task priorities.
• Robot monitoring: Get a complete view of your robot fleet through an intuitive dashboard. Monitor robots on each floor and receive instant alerts when issues arise.
• Robot management: Register and manage both new and third-party robots. Access real-time task and status information, operational history, and anomaly reports.
• Facility management: Enable robots to move freely throughout buildings with seamless elevator and automatic door integration. The system manages robot entry and exit across single-unit, multi-unit, and freight elevators while ensuring smooth navigation through automatic doors, speed gates, and swing doors.
• Map management: The Map Editor provides a user-friendly robotic mapping tool. It allows you to configure robot routes, facilities and more, as well as manage robot waiting areas (Queue Zone, Waiting Zone, Layover Zone) and set virtual walls and reflect them in the service in real time.
• Robot Control APIs/SDKs: APIs for developing robot services. The Destination movement API enables easy development of robot services by automatically handling complex issues such as elevator entry/exit and multi-robot collision management, and the Robot Integration MQTT and web app SDKs provide interfaces for easy integration with various third-party robots.
