Caution

Notice of Managed Backup service fade-out (September 29, 2022): As of the notice date, the existing Managed Backup service is replaced by the Backup service. The new Backup service allows you to back up and restore data by yourself easily in the NAVER Cloud Platform console without any application process. Backup service provides you with features that regularly back up and remotely back up significant data of Cloud servers. This enables rapid data recovery even in the event of unpredictable incidents such as natural disasters or IT system failures, helping prevent various problems caused by data loss, including damage to a company's image and loss of customer trust.

Backup offers these key features:

Various platforms and database provision: You can learn about the online backup service for data areas of Linux and Windows OS with various versions and for the database (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) installed in the servers.
Easy installation and selection for backup unit: You can not only back up data but also remotely back up and restore data after a simple setup process in the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
Remote backup support: Data reliability can be improved by replicating backup data to another geographically separate zone for redundancy.
Report feature: You can view the daily/monthly report about every task in the Backup service. In addition, you can set up your email address and view the report via email.
