Cloud Insight is a monitoring service that integrates and manages the performance indicators of services provided by NAVER Cloud Platform. When a failure occurs, it promptly alerts the person in charge and provides relevant information.

Cloud Insight features

Cloud Insight offers these key features:

  • Metric viewing and visualization: Access performance and operational metrics provided by NAVER Cloud Platform, and quickly view data for specific time frames by setting custom periods.
  • User metric collection: Offers the custom metric collection feature based on user-defined configurations. Performance/operation indicators collected for user applications (custom metric) and performance/operation indicators of NAVER Cloud Platform (system metric) can be integrated to gain in-depth insights.
  • User dashboard configuration: You can create a user dashboard and add up to 30 widgets to view performance/operation metrics.
  • Event rule and event management: Event rules can be created step-by-step to identify situations where failure is suspected or has actually occurred. Assign the right personnel to handle incidents for each event rule, with automatic notifications sent via SMS or email to keep them informed and prepared. Troubleshooting is available in connection with webhooks and cloud functions, specifying action(s) to be carried out in case the event occurs.
  • Maintenance schedule management: You can register maintenance targets and time, and the maintenance schedule can be shared with other users. The SMS and email notifications for maintenance targets are automatically suspended during a registered maintenance schedule. All notifications that occurred during a maintenance period are recorded, separate from notifications that occurred due to failure.
